Order processing

In an effort to ship your new marine canvas  or marine furniture product ASAP and honour our tight deadlines, all orders where the credit card is successfully authorized, are processed and added to our production schedule instantly, leaving you very little time to bring changes to your order.

Since all of our canvas goods (including our in-stock bimini tops) are manufactured on a made-to-order-basis, unfortunately there are no returns on these items.

We invite you to revise your order confirmation upon completion. You will receive an e-mail with an order confirmation soon after placing your order. Please read it carefully for any mistakes, including the ship-to address. If errors are found or should you wish to modify your order once submitted, you may contact us immediately by telephone and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Same-day shipping

ANP offers same day shipping on many popular bimini tops and UPS shippable stock items. Any orders placed before 11:30 am EST Monday – Friday will be shipped out the same day. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery via UPS ground to the Continental US and Canada.

 

 

Our Preferred Carriers

Based on your location and the size and type of products ordered, ANP will select the most efficient carrier to deliver your products.

UPS: Small products are generally shipped via UPS ground services to Canada and the Continental United States.
Freight (LTL) Larger products are shipped via freight (pontoon seats, boat seat groups)
Customer pick-up; All ANP products are eligible for pick-up at either one of our Princeville, Quebec locations.  Please call or customer service department for more details on this service.

Tracking your order

We will provide you with a shipment tracking number once your order leaves our plant.  Please allow up to 12 hours before tracking information will appear on our carrier’s website.

The fact that there are endless possibilities in packaging these larger items, combined with the countless shipping destinations, makes it difficult for the present time, to pre-determine what shipping fees will be each and every time.

US RESIDENTS NOTICE:

Unfortunately, for the present time, we cannot ship the following items via our website to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Europe.

  • Pontoon boat seats (individuals and groups)
  • Non UPS shippable boat seats

Shipping pontoon Furniture – Continental United States

Our exclusive high-end pontoon boat seats are in a class of their own and cannot be matched…

Although we do not say it out loud, we do ship our pontoon boat seats to the United States and honour special requests.

We’ve had many inquiries to have these pontoon seats shipped to the Continental United states and have delivered to several satisfied customers. We want you to know that we are working to automate this service but in the meanwhile, here’s an option for you:

  1. Once you have determined the item(s) you need
  2. Send us a quotation request for shipping fees through our Quotation form
  3. Fill out the form with your home shipping address (each item is shipped on a skid so we presume that this wouldn’t be very convenient for you should it be shipped to your work place)
  4. A customer service employee will contact you for a personalized quotation within 48 hours

We ship our pontoon furniture within Canada at very competitive pricing.

Due to size and weight of our exclusive pontoon boat seats (individual and groups); they must ship via truck line.

The fact that there are endless possibilities in packaging these larger items, combined with the countless shipping destinations, makes it difficult for the present time, to pre-determine what shipping fees will be each and every time.

Shipping furniture to Canada will incur additional shipping charges and quotation will be done prior to processing your order.

SHIPPING QUOTATION REQUEST:

  1. Please feel free to  place your order via our website
  2. Your order will be considered as a quotation request and your credit card will not be processed
  3. ANP will calculate your shipping charges once we receive your order.
  4. We will then contact you for approval on your actual shipping quote, prior to processing your payment and order
 

 

Customer Service and Returns

We can only receive returns for a manufacturer’s defect or because of damage during shipping. In the event of a manufacturer’s defect or shipping damage, we will replace the product at no additional charge.

In the event of damage during shipping or manufacturer’s defect please note the damage on the Bill of Lading when you receive your product, take a picture of the damage and contact ANP within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your products. Read more on Defective product claim procedure
